  • Break/ Fix Work

    We Do: replace/upgrade physical components, virus/malware scans, fix general problems, build custom computer systems, software upgrades/troubleshooting, limited Mac repairs, and data recovery.

    We Don’t: work on game consoles, perform soldering jobs of any kind, or circuit board/chip replacement/repair.

  • Do you work with companies of any size?

    We do! We offer onsite, remote support, and managed services to companies in a variety of fields and of all sizes. 

  • Do you do data recovery?

    Data recovery is a service we offer. We have limited in shop data recovery services and also partner with Ontrack Data Recovery for more intense data recovery solutions.

  • What are managed services?

    Managed services is an industry term used to describe 24/7/365 system monitoring for security and system health. This service is used by a variety of businesses to ensure that all systems are operating normally.

  • Do you build custom computers?

    We both build custom computers and partner with Dell to provide top-of-the-line computers.

  • Do you do laptop screen repairs?

    We repair laptop screens and can replace them. 

  • What does remote support mean?

    Remote support is offered by Computer Logic and is done by appointment. During the appointment, our technician will call you and work with you to solve whatever computer troubles you may be experiencing either by walking you through the steps needed to solve the problem or by taking control of your machine via a secure connection and solving the issue for you.

  • Do you make house calls?

    House calls are made by appointment. We will send a technician out to your home to help you with whatever issues you may be having with your computer, printer, or device. This includes helping with router and internet issues that your internet provider cannot solve.

  • Do you sell computer components?

    We do have a variety of computer components for sale. However, it is our policy that all internal computer components must be installed by a Computer Logic technician.
